Central Patricia

Shafer Hall

In the great ice mines
of southern Canada
they make water by
melting ore in their
red hot mouths.

The gold flows less
preciously there,
their teeth all are
made of metal
cooled in snow.

Patricia explores
herself, most of her
is made of water,
in the form of lakes
and melted glaciers.
